| Charles Randolph, the founder and President of
Charlie's Chicken is a true American Entrepreneur. Born and |
| raised in Sallisaw, Oklahoma, he worked summers in the
California fruit fields to help his family through the |
| toughest of economic times. After his career as
a route man for a bread and pastry company, he owned and |
| operated two other fast food franchises for 10 years.
Then in 1979, with a wealth of knowledge, ideas, and |
| determination, he launched Charlie's Chicken.
Soon friends and relatives observed the phenomenal success of |
| Charlie's Chicken secret recipes and down home
service, and wanted to join the Charlie's team. Thus, franchis- |
| ing began in local Oklahoma markets. |
| |
|
For over
15 years, Charlie's Chicken has devolved a dynamic management team and has
perfected not only the |
|
food that
is served (known throughout Oklahoma as the best chicken anywhere), but
also perfected the market- |
|
ing and
profitability of each location. |
| |
| Charlie's Chicken continues its success and growth
because of relentless research and development of secret |
| recipes for chicken, gravy, cole slaw, cookies and
most recently Charlie's rotisserie. |
| |
| And if you think all chicken is greasy and therefore
unhealthy, think again! |
| |
| Charlie's Chicken is prepared with a special cooking
process that is low in saturated fat and no cholesterol. |
| |
| Then, the chicken is held in custom-built holding
cabinets (not put under heat lamps), which adds to the chicken's |
| taste without dripping grease like other fast food
chicken franchises' methods. |
| |
| Yes, Charlie's Chicken is by far the best, and with
one taste, you'll agree. Great food, great service, great price. |
